What you can expect from us

Mix and Match your weekly training between our variety of classes ***Classes must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused classes cannot be transferred to another month

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, all PT Sessions will require full payment regardless of attendance or cancellation. No shows will be charged the full amount. - PT Sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule: if you give less then 24 hours notice of cancellation - your PT Session cannot be rescheduled and will be charged in full.
